Self owned freelance photography business. Digital and film photography of sporting events, weddings, and more. I have taught photography workshops for over 16 years in a variety of venues, and also have a significant background in digital imaging and graphic design. I have a 8 year background in digital video as well, from weddings to travel documentaries and even HD, and I continue to develop this path with an full time job in the industry currently.
My wedding background is very comprehensive: I have been shooting weddings for 10 years, and worked for at least 5 seasons with AllDigitalPhotoAndVideo.com as a professional photographer, videographer, editor, and producer of at elast 25 weddings. I am the creator and co-producer of the 1998-2003 Crested Butte Land Trust Calendars, which has been a very successful fund-raiser to date. I have had my photography work published and shown in various Colorado art galleries, local and regional magazines, scenic calendars, and many online galleries.
I started my business in 1992 when I was juried into a local art gallery in Crested Butte, and a print sold before the gallery opening night! I had been highly interested in photography for much of my life, and took more than a few classes while in college. In 1992II moved to Crested Butte, CO; and in 1993 I found myself teaching photography workshops for the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival. Soon I was getting published in local magazines, getting hired to shoot real estate brochures, donating photos to non-profits, and being hung on the walls of hotels...and much more...
In 1997 I started a fund raising Crested Butte Land Trust scenic calendar, which showcases not only my work but that of other Colorado photographers as well.
